give us your contact information (such as your name, mailing address and
e-mail address) profile information (such as your preferences in new
homes) and demographic information (such as your household income).
Information submitted at the time of registration is on
behalf of a new home builder. It is therefore considered property of the
new home builder and New Home Priority is not responsible for how the
builder uses that information.
Please note: personal identifiable information you submit is
never sold to any third parties.
At the builder's request, we may assist them with
sending out new home community information in e-mail format to those who
register with that builder through New Home Priority. You may request
at any time to not receive any future mailings.
Information may be used for technical support so the site
administrators and developers can continually improve the New Home
Priority site's performance and functionality. It may also be used for
research and analysis.
